The green half
Mowing, string-trimming and edging on a rotation, spring and fall clean-ups at either end, mulch and bed care through the middle, and the planting and stone work that gets booked in around it.

Driveways plowed back to the edges, walks and steps shovelled by hand, and salt on the surfaces that actually need it. Same properties, same crew, same number.

Residential & small commercial
Front yards, back yards and the lot behind the shop.
Most of the work is houses — the weekly cut, the beds, the drive in winter. The rest is small commercial: a shop front that has to be walkable at opening time, a handful of parking spaces, a strip of grass by a sign that someone has to keep cut.
