Privacy policy
What happens to the details you send through this website, in plain language. Last updated 26 September 2026.
The short version
If you fill in the quote form, the details go to Double D Lawn Care and Snow Removal so we can get back to you about the work. We do not sell them, rent them or pass them to anyone who is not involved in doing that. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form, which is:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The town the property is in
- Which service you are asking about
- Anything you write in the free-text box
If you ring the number instead, we have whatever you tell us on the phone and whatever your phone shows as the caller ID.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to price the work, and to arrange it if you go ahead. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a mailing list from a quote request and we do not use your details for marketing that has nothing to do with the job you asked about.
Who else touches it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the form submission, which is how it reaches us. Their servers also log ordinary request information such as an IP address, as any web host does.

Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Loading a font makes
a request to
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com, so Google sees that request.
There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on this site.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. It has no login, no shopping basket and no advertising, so there is nothing for a cookie to remember.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we are dealing with them and for as long as we need them for ordinary business records afterwards. If you would like yours removed sooner, ring (989) 395-0027 and ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Ring the number above. If you would rather not leave anything in a form at all, the phone is always the alternative — nothing on this site has to be filled in.
Children
This site is aimed at people arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect details from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
